All applicants go through our structured audition process. Successful applicants are enrolled in the Training School. Training is free for accepted members and follows four levels: Apprentice → Core → Flagship → Elite.

Welcome audiences, manage seating, distribute programmes, and create the first impression.

Capture performances and behind-the-scenes moments for our archive and social channels.

Record concerts and rehearsals. Edit short-form content for Instagram and YouTube.

Live-post from events, create stories, write captions, and grow our online presence.

Translation
Help translate into Twi, Ga, Ewe, French, or other languages for events and content.

Assist with equipment setup, stage management, and pack-down on event days.
