The Training Pathway
A structured path from first note to elite performance.
1
Apprentice Singer
8 Weeks · 3 hrs/week
Basic musical literacy, vocal safety, rehearsal discipline, and cultural orientation. Exit: hold a part in simple 4-part harmony.

Core Choir Singer
12 Weeks · 3 hrs/week
Sight-singing, Ghanaian language diction, blend and balance, conductor response, basic African repertoire. Exit: 80–85% technical accuracy.

Flagship Performance
16 Weeks · 3 hrs/week
Memorised performance, stagecraft, multilingual diction, microphone discipline, camera awareness, major concert readiness. Exit: 90%+ stage readiness.

Elite / Chamber
Ongoing · 4+ hrs/week
Solo work, commissioned repertoire, full musical leadership, ensemble independence. Our highest standard — performed at world-class venues.
Full Curriculum
Seven Schools of Study.
Our curriculum is built around seven schools that together produce a complete, world-class choral musician. No school can be skipped. Every singer moves through all seven.
Audition Process
What to expect at your assessment.

Application
Submit the online application form with your background, voice part, and motivation. No music qualifications required.
2
Shortlisting
Applications are reviewed by our Music Director within 7 days. Shortlisted candidates are contacted by phone or email with their assessment date.

Voice Assessment
A 15–20 minute individual session. You will be asked to sing a short piece of your choice, match pitches, repeat rhythmic patterns, and read simple sol-fa (where applicable). No formal preparation required.

Notification
Results are communicated within 5 days of your assessment. Accepted candidates receive their welcome letter, training schedule, and onboarding materials.
